For 5 years I was responsible for guiding and directing the development of Sports Authority’s seasonal and quarterly brand campaigns. The multi-step process included hosting brainstorm sessions with reporting designers and copy team, development of 2 to 3 different creative concepts for review with creative and marketing directors, presentation to the executive team, and final development of style guide for internal partners, as well as a tool kit for designers and copywriters. Creative was reflective of time of year, holidays, and new products, while always living under the umbrella of the overall brand guidelines.
